Our products are only shipped within the 48 contiguous states.

You should receive a confirmation email after you placed your order. If you have not received your tracking number, please contact customer service by email at service@aaproductsinc.com.
All products that are new with retail packaging never opened can be returned within 30 days.
All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can contact our Customer Service to authorize a return through our Contact Us page.
You must ship the order back to the seller within 7 days of receiving the RMA.
Refunds for returns are returned to the original form of payment.
No refund for shipping costs.
